Here’s what to do:
Initiate your return: Let us know within 3 days of delivery that you’d like to return an item with a valid reason. Just contact us through email.
Send it back: Once we confirm your return, securely pack and ship the item back to us within 7 days.
Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank.
For added security: To ensure a smooth return process, please email us a short video of yourself opening the parcel upon arrival.
Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
We will inspect the item before processing your exchange request.
Returns or exchanges may be impossible for limited-access products (category 5b). Please refer to the product description for details.
Sizes for exchanges depend on availability. Any difference in the amount will be provided as a redeemable gift card/coupon code.
Items customized, personalized, or altered cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Shipping typically takes 10 to 12 working days. This time frame may vary for customized products.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Tirupur courts.
